Integration Videos Now Available

Presentations on the best practices in primary and behavioral care integration from HHS and other federal grantees are now available on YouTube! This list of presentations is from the “State of the Art: Research, Models, Promising Practices and Sustaining Integrated Care” virtual meeting held on June 22-23, 2017.

In addition to the host agencies—the Health Resources and Services Administration and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration—key partners and presenters include: the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services, Indian Health Service, the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, the National Institute on Drug Abuse, the National Institute of Mental Health, the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, Department of Veterans Affairs, and No Health Without Mental Health.

The event highlighted models of integrated care, key findings from the research community, examples of diverse grantee practices regarding service delivery, presentations by U.S. Department of Health and Human Services agencies, and a wide range of resources to support efforts to build integrated systems of care.
